Refund Policy
Trainova may offer optional subscription-based services and premium features through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
All purchases, billing, cancellations, and refunds are processed directly through the platform used to purchase the subscription.
Apple App Store Purchases
If you subscribed through Apple, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through your Apple account or the Apple Support website. Trainova does not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple.
Google Play Store Purchases
If you subscribed through Google Play, refund requests must be submitted through your Google Play account or Google Play Support, subject to Google’s refund policies.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not retroactively refund previous charges unless approved by the applicable platform provider.
Trainova reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or services at any time in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
